Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods. The role will involve coordination with transporters, vendors, internal departments, and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

- Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Plan and arrange transportation as per delivery schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, transportation, and logistics records.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor vehicle movement and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
- Verify transport documents, invoices, e-way bills, LR/GR, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Obtain and maintain proof of delivery (POD)



and submit documents for further processing.
- Monitor transportation costs and assist in controlling logistics expenses.
- Resolve transportation, delivery, and documentation-related issues.
- Maintain updated records of transporter details, freight charges, and delivery status.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Service, Stores, and other departments for logistics-related activities.
- Prepare regular logistics and dispatch MIS reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency and cost reduction.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and e-way bills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters and drivers.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
