Role

Own the physical movement of end-of-life vehicles from the point of purchase to the Scrapio RVSF facility scheduling pickups, running the driver fleet, and keeping an accurate record of every vehicle in transit.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily vehicle pickups from dealerships, workshops, individual sellers and other procurement points across the region.
- Assign pickups to drivers and towing/carrier vehicles, plan efficient routes, and club multiple pickups where possible to reduce trip cost.
- Coordinate with drivers through the day on location details, seller contact, loading, delays and route issues; ensure timely delivery to the plant.
- Coordinate with procurement, documentation and certification teams to confirm a vehicle is cleared for pickup before dispatching a driver.
- Verify vehicle condition, registration number and paperwork at pickup and handover; report discrepancies immediately.




- Maintain a daily record of every vehicle — pickup location, date, driver, vehicle number, transport cost, and arrival status at plant — in the company's tracker/system.
- Track transport expenses, fuel, tolls and driver claims; share weekly movement and cost reports.
- Manage driver attendance, duty allocation and basic discipline; escalate breakdowns, accidents or vehicle non-availability.

- Requirements

- 1–3 years in logistics, transport, fleet or dispatch coordination — preferably in automotive, used vehicle, or towing/carrier operations.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and daily record-keeping.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills; able to handle drivers and field pressure.
- Graduate or Diploma; Hindi and working English.
- Two-wheeler and valid licence preferred.
