LMS Administration

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to manage and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technology ecosystem. The role will be responsible for LMS administration, automation, integrations, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver a seamless learning experience and drive adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Operations

- Manage end-to-end LMS administration including users, roles, permissions, catalogs, learning paths, certifications, and assessments.
- Maintain course configurations, onboarding/offboarding processes, and organizational updates.
- Ensure data accuracy, platform availability, governance compliance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain LMS documentation, SOPs, and process guides.

Learning Automation & Workflow Management

- Design and implement automated learning assignments and workflows based on role, function, skill, level, and career path.
- Automate notifications, reminders, compliance training, certifications, and assessments.
- Drive process simplification and operational efficiency through automation.

Integrations & Technology Management

- Manage LMS integrations with HRMS/HRIS platforms (Workday, Darwinbox, etc.), SSO, identity management systems, and external content providers.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on APIs, data synchronization, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
- Conduct UAT and regression testing for platform changes.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop dashboards and reports on learning adoption, completion rates, compliance, certifications, assessments, learning hours, and skill development.
- Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to L&D; and business leaders.
- Support executive-level reporting and analytics.

User Experience & Adoption

- Enhance user experience and drive LMS adoption through continuous improvements.
- Monitor platform usage, identify barriers, improve content discoverability,



and gather user feedback.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Serve as the primary LMS point of contact for L&D;, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, issue resolution, and service reviews.

Governance & Compliance

- Maintain LMS governance standards, access controls, data privacy, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational policies.

Continuous Improvement

- Evaluate emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and platform enhancements.
- Lead initiatives to improve learning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and user engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, HR systems, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Moodle, or similar.
- Experience with LMS configuration, workflows, reporting, assessments, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of learning operations, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Experience with data analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.

Preferred Experience

- Skill-based learning and learning path design.
- APIs, SSO, data integrations, and workflow automation.
- AI-enabled learning platforms and personalized learning.
- Experience in large, global organizations.
