Learning Experience Associate (LEA)Location: Bengaluru, India

Work Mode: On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

Function: Program Operations & Learner Experience

About ATRISIATRISI builds institutional intelligence infrastructure for the AI-native era.

We work across Research, Enablement, and Platforms to help students, faculty, universities, and organizations turn AI experimentation into measurable capability, evidence, and institutional intelligence.

Our education ecosystem includes

- Amplify with AI — student capability and applied intelligence
- Resonance with AI — faculty enablement, pedagogy, mentoring, and research
- Campus-to-Career AI Transformation — final-year employability and capability transformation
- Academic Transformation — institutional pathways toward AI-native education

The RoleWe are looking for a Learning Experience Associate (LEA) to help operate and continuously improve the participant experience across ATRISI programs. This is not a traditional counselling or education-sales role.

You will work at the intersection of:

Learners × Faculty × Programs × Operations × Technology × Evidence

Your responsibility is not simply to coordinate learners.

You will help ensure that participants move through programs effectively, activities are executed reliably, engagement is visible, evidence is captured, and observations from the ground improve how ATRISI designs and operates its programs.

What You'll Do

- Learner JourneySupport participants from onboarding through program completion and advanced pathways.

You will

- onboard learners into programs and cohorts
- explain program pathways, milestones, expectations, and outcomes
- guide participants through sessions, activities, projects, challenges, and submissions
- maintain structured communication throughout the learner journey
- identify disengagement or participation gaps
- coordinate interventions where participants need support
- help high-potential participants discover advanced opportunities across the ATRISI ecosystem

2. Cohort & Program ExecutionHelp translate program design into reliable execution.

You will

- coordinate cohorts, workshops, sessions, challenges, and learning activities
- manage schedules,

attendance, participant communication, and follow-ups
- coordinate between learners, faculty, mentors, and program teams
- track milestones and participant progression
- maintain program records and operational documentation
- support Demo Days, showcases, workshops, and institutional engagements

3. Engagement & CommunityHelp build active learning communities rather than passive audiences.

You will

- manage learner-facing program communities
- encourage participation and peer interaction
- identify highly engaged contributors and emerging builders
- support discussions around projects, learning challenges, and opportunities
- maintain qualified and timely participant communication

4. Evidence & Learning OperationsAt ATRISI, participation should create evidence.

You will help capture

- attendance and participation
- assignments and assessments
- project artifacts
- repositories and deployments
- presentations and demonstrations
- learner reflections and feedback
- capability and progression signals

This evidence helps program teams understand what is working and helps institutions see learner progress beyond simple completion certificates.
- Feedback & Program IntelligenceThe LEA is one of the closest roles to the learner.

Your observations therefore matter.

You will

- collect structured learner and faculty feedback
- identify recurring learner problems
- surface operational bottlenecks
- identify patterns in participation and engagement
- document observations from program delivery
- work with program and platform teams to improve future cohorts

The goal is to turn everyday learner interactions into useful signals for better programs.
- AI-Native EnablementYou will operate inside an AI-native working environment.

You should be comfortable experimenting with AI and digital tools for:

- communication
- research
- documentation
- learner support
- workflow automation
- content and activity preparation
- program operations

You do not need to be an AI engineer. You do need to be curious about how AI changes learning and work.

Who We're Looking ForYou may be a strong fit if you:

- communicate clearly and confidently
- enjoy working with students and educators
- are highly organized and dependable
- take ownership of follow-ups and execution
- notice when people are disengaging or struggling
- can coordinate several moving pieces simultaneously
- are comfortable working with data, digital tools, and structured processes
- are curious about AI, education, technology, and innovation
- enjoy helping people progress rather than simply answering queries
- can convert conversations and observations into actionable insights

Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following is useful:
- Program Operations
- Academic Coordination
- Learning & Development
- Student Engagement
- Cohort Management
- Community Operations
- Training & Facilitation
- EdTech
- Education or university operations

Familiarity with modern AI and productivity tools is an advantage. What You'll LearnThis role provides exposure to more than learner coordination.

You will work across

Learning Experience → Program Operations → Evidence → Institutional Programs → AI-Native Education

Over time, strong performers can grow toward roles in:

- Program Management
- Learning Experience
- Academic Operations
- Institutional Programs
- Learning Analytics & Intelligence
- Ecosystem Operations
- AI Enablement

A Useful Way to Think About This RoleA traditional coordinator asks: “Did the learner attend the session?”

A Learning Experience Associate should also ask:

“Did they participate? What did they build? Where did they struggle? What evidence did they produce? What should we change next time?”

That difference is central to how ATRISI approaches learning.
