Role Description This is a full-time Lead Python Engineer role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid work arrangement that combines in office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Lead Python

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. The role involves leading software development projects, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices in Python and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams,



integrating databases and third-party services, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to architecture decisions. The position is targeted at immediate joiners who can quickly take ownership of critical engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Exposure to Healthcare Domain is a plus
- Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using Python and modern frameworks.
- Solid foundation in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with clean, testable, and maintainable code practices.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with back-end services.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects, including code reviews, technical mentoring, and agile collaboration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
