We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Specialist who can own and scale Cinqa’s digital marketing and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Own email marketing, CRM, newsletters, and automated campaigns
- Track and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall funnel performance
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and run A/B tests
- Work with content and creative teams on campaigns that drive results
- Set up and improve marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows
- Analyze campaign data and turn insights into growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in performance/growth/digital marketing
- Robust hands-on experience with paid ads + email marketing
- Good understanding of analytics, funnels, CRM, and conversion optimization
- Experience with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Bonus: n8n, Make, Zapier, AI marketing tools
Most importantly: We need someone who can own the numbers, experiment, and drive measurable growth not just execute tasks. pay - Upto 30k per month
