Strong knowledge of:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

Power Automate

Power BI

Copilot Studio

AI Builder

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Understanding of Power Platform governance and administration.

Experience supporting business users and citizen developers.

Language Skills

French: B2/C1 level or above (mandatory)

English: Professional proficiency (mandatory)

Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Customer-centric mindset.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Citizen Developer Enablement Conduct onboarding sessions for new Citizen Developers and Power Platform makers. Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, and hackathons in French and English. Provide best-practice guidance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
