Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Ivalua Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune and support Ivalua Implementation projects for government and enterprise clients. This is a critical role focused on hands-on configuration, implementation, and deployment of Ivalua Procurement and Spend Management solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and drive digital transformation for the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Configurator
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to procurement, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and spend analytics.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications within the Ivalua platform.
- Configure Ivalua modules including Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Analytics.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP and third-party systems.
Technical Configurator
- Design and develop technical solutions within the Ivalua platform, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Perform technical configuration using Ivalua scripting (JavaScript) and APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations between Ivalua and external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Support data migration, data validation, and ETL processes.
- Conduct technical testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Techno-Functional Configurator
- Perform both functional and technical configuration activities within the Ivalua platform.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and implement enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Master s/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 2 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Ivalua implementation and configuration.
- Proven experience in Ivalua implementation projects.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Ivalua implementation is mandatory.
- Familiarity with procurement processes such as Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Spend Analytics.
Technical Skills (for Technical / Techno-Functional roles)
- Hands-on experience with Ivalua scripting (JavaScript).
- Experience with Ivalua APIs, integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and web services.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration concepts.
Functional Skills (for Functional / Techno-Functional roles)
- Strong understanding of procurement and spend management processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into functional designs.
- Experience in functional testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.

- Ivalua certifications (L2, L3) are highly desirable.
- Experience working with government or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
