Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders across multiple countries and markets.

- Document project progress, requirements,
and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in life insurance.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and customer journeys.
- Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
