Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Preparation, review, and submission of tender documentation.
- Conducting legal research on case law and regulatory frameworks.
- Handling MCA filings, including company and LLP incorporation and ongoing compliance.
- Assisting with incorporation, restructuring,and winding-up of entities
- Drafting responses to Income Tax notices and related correspondence.
- Supporting appellate proceedings, representations, and legal submissions.
- Managing trademark registration and associated procedural requirements.
- Monitoring updates in tax, corporate, and regulatory laws.
- Coordinating with clients for documentation, filings, and compliance matters.
