Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage land aggregation activities for real estate projects.
- Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels based on project requirements and development potential.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Negotiate with landowners regarding land pricing, terms, agreements, and acquisition conditions.
- Coordinate the consolidation of multiple land parcels into a single project-ready land bank.
- Conduct preliminary verification of ownership, title, survey details, encumbrances, and other land-related documents.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, survey, and documentation teams for land due diligence.
- Conduct site visits and assess land location, accessibility, boundaries, surrounding development, and potential.




- Coordinate with local authorities and relevant government departments wherever required.
- Track negotiations, agreements, registrations, and other land acquisition milestones.
- Identify and resolve land-related issues, ownership disputes, documentation gaps, and stakeholder concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of available land parcels, landowners, negotiations, and acquisition status.
- Prepare regular MIS and progress reports for senior management.
- Develop and execute land aggregation strategies aligned with the company's project pipeline.
- Lead a team of land acquisition/aggregation professionals and ensure achievement of project targets.
- Monitor market trends, land values, upcoming infrastructure developments, and growth corridors to identify opportunities.
- Ensure all land aggregation activities are carried out in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
