Role Description The Junior Service Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining process instruments and analytical equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliable and accurate performance.

The Service

Engineer will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as provide technical support and guidance to customers. Day-to-day activities include attending service calls, preparing service reports, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and supporting customer training on the use and care of instruments. The role requires regular field visits, adherence to safety standards, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling customer complaints and technical queries .
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing equipment .
- Learn and perform calibration of instruments and equipment under guidance.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer sites.
- Provide basic technical support to customers and understand their requirements.




- Maintain proper service reports, calibration records, and documentation .
- Travel to customer locations across Ahmedabad and PAN India as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and service guidelines.
- Continuously learn about the company's products, instruments, and service processes.

Eligibility/ Requirement:

Diploma / ITI in

- Instrumentation & Control
- Electronics / Electronics & Communication
- Instrument Mechanics
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or instrumentation concepts .
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical and hands-on approach to technical work.
- Willingness to learn and work in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
