Bob and Claire is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the team and support the management and production of social content for our agency's clients.

This position will allow you to work with a very close-knit team and in direct contact with the founding partners. Your role will mainly focus on content creation and social media management. That said, since we are still a small team, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on with every aspect of the business and to be involved in all of the agency's activities.

With a decade of experience in the field, the agency helps the finest brands tell their stories: our clients include boutique hotels, wineries, furniture and design brands and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Growth Phase The agency is in a phase of growth and development. We are expanding both our client portfolio and our team across different functions: creative, digital, account and business development. That's why we are looking for people who want to grow together with us.

What Will You Do

- Manage and coordinate social media management and social media marketing activities for various agency clients, from drafting editorial plans and managing content on social pages, through to community management and the preparation, management and monitoring of advertising campaigns, including periodic analysis and reporting;
- Create, publish and share original content on a daily basis (e.g. copy, photos, videos, news), including carousels and graphic templates to be developed together,



adapting them each time to the brand's values and to the communication and business objectives of each client;
- Repost stories, posts and reels to clients' account stories to generate interaction with the pages and build community;
- Develop content marketing strategies and support the team in identifying new content opportunities, through market analysis, segmentation and profiling of the most relevant social content trends;
- Map, for each client, the relevant competitors and key profiles to follow, in order to monitor the best-performing post formats and identify content worth drawing inspiration from.

Are You the Person We Are Looking For?

We are looking for junior profiles (2-3 years of experience). Requirements:

- previous experience, in an agency or as a freelancer, in managing multiple social pages within our sectors of interest and in creating photo and video content, even from just a smartphone;
- excellent command of editing tools (e.g. CapCut), graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the Meta Business Manager suite;
- knowledge of English, minimum C1+ level: you will interact with international clients and prepare content in two languages.

Bonus points if you have a background or previous experience as a graphic designer. What Bob and Claire can offer you
