: Junior Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design software and a strong eye for visual storytelling, capable of creating engaging designs across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media (posts, reels covers, stories), websites, and marketing collateral
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, packaging designs, and print materials
- Develop illustrations, icons, and graphic elements from scratch
- Edit and retouch photos using Photoshop's premium effects (blending, compositing, color correction)
- Design vector-based artwork and logos using Illustrator/CorelDRAW
- Support video editing tasks and basic motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects) if required
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand design briefs
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography,



and color theory

Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, premium effects, compositing
- Adobe Illustrator – vector illustrations, logo design
- CorelDRAW – layout and print design
- Adobe InDesign (preferred) – multi-page layouts, brochures
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (added advantage) – basic video editing
- Canva (bonus) – quick turnaround social media designs
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Basic knowledge of print production (bleed, CMYK/RGB, resolution)

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing design work (mandatory)
- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

Good to Have
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics (Figma/XD)
- Familiarity with social media platform design specs (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic animation skills (Procreate/Photoshop timeline)
