Role Description The Junior Content Writer is a full-time, role responsible for supporting the creation of high-quality written content that complements short-form video campaigns and social media initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves drafting scripts, captions, blog posts, and web copy, as well as assisting in developing content concepts aligned with brand guidelines.

Writer will work closely with senior writers, strategists, and creators to conduct basic research, refine messaging, and ensure content is clear, accurate, and engaging. The role also includes proofreading and light editing tasks, maintaining content calendars,



and adapting copy for different platforms and audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Writing and Web Content Writing, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging copy.
- Ability to support Content Strategy by contributing ideas, organizing content themes, and aligning copy with campaign goals.
- Competence in Research to gather information, understand target audiences, and ensure accuracy in written materials.
- Attention to detail in Proofreading to identify errors, maintain consistency, and uphold brand voice and quality standards.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and short-form content trends; interest in digital marketing and online storytelling.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with content management tools or collaborative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Relevant coursework, training, or experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields is beneficial.
