POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a well-groomed, service-oriented, and trainable Junior Butler / F&B; Server to join an ultra-luxury private residence in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.

The role is ideal for a candidate with experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, F&B; service, private residences, or UHNI households who is looking to develop a long-term career in Butler services.

The successful candidate will primarily serve the Principal and may also assist family members and guests. In addition to F&B; service, the role involves personal assistance, household support, travel assistance, and other day-to-day requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES F&B; & Butler Service

- Provide professional and personalised F&B; service to the Principal, family, and guests.
- Set up dining tables and ensure impeccable presentation of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen.
- Serve meals and beverages while maintaining proper formal dining etiquette.
- Understand and remember the Principals food and beverage preferences.
- Anticipate requirements and provide discreet, attentive, and personalised service.
- Clear and reset dining areas after meals and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas.

Personal Assistance & Household Support
- Assist with packing and unpacking bags for travel.
- Iron and maintain clothing as required.
- Coordinate lunch and food deliveries to the Principals office.
- Handle local errands and other personal requirements.




- Assist with grocery purchases and household requirements during international travel.
- Support general household activities as required by the Principal or senior household staff.
- Coordinate effectively with other members of the household team.

Travel Responsibilities
- Travel with the Principal as required, including international travel.
- Provide F&B; and personal assistance during domestic and international trips.
- Assist with cleaning, grocery purchases, and general household support while travelling.
- Remain flexible with working hours based on the Principals schedule, travel, and events.
- Valid passport is mandatory.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience as an F&B; Server, Steward, Junior Butler, Waiter, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, private residences, or UHNI households will be an advantage.
- Candidates without direct Butler experience but with the right attitude, grooming, and service orientation will be considered.
- The role is designed to provide an opportunity for the right candidate to develop into a full Butler position.
- Basic understanding of formal table service, dining etiquette, and hospitality protocols is required.
- Hospitality or F&B; service training will be an added advantage.

- Excellent service attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, grooming,



and hospitality etiquette.
- Discreet and highly respectful of client privacy and confidentiality.
- Able to anticipate requirements and provide unobtrusive service.
- Comfortable working in a private UHNI household workplace.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable using smartphones, applications, and everyday technology.
- Able to coordinate food deliveries, bookings, errands, and other requirements using digital platforms.
- Strong team player who can coordinate effectively with other household staff.
- Flexible and willing to work according to the Principals schedule.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Valid passport required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Approximately 9-10 hours per day, subject to the familys schedule and events.
- Flexibility is required during travel, special occasions, and busy periods.
- Live-in accommodation provided on a shared basis with one male staff member.
- AC and bathroom facilities provided.
