- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
- Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare material specifications and assist in material selection.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and local building regulations.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation of project drawings and revisions.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Valuable knowledge of construction details and materials.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in Bengaluru are preferred.
