Role Description The Technician and Field Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Jaipur Area. This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at client locations, ensuring that all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting service activities and findings.

The Technician and Field Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and clients, provide technical support and guidance, and ensure timely resolution of field issues.



The role also includes reporting on equipment performance, recommending improvements, and adhering to company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
- Experience in field service or industrial site work, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to diagnose issues under time constraints and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics, and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Comfort working in industrial environments and at client locations, with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality of work.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); certifications in field service or equipment maintenance are an advantage.

- Willingness to travel within the Jaipur Area as required, and flexibility to respond to urgent service calls when needed.
