Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, REST APIs, containerization, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
- Develop cloud-ready applications following microservices architecture principles.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases to achieve quality goals.
- Monitor and maintain applications in production environments.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in Java-based application development.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microservices and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
- Robust problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
