Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java MongoDB Developer with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Backend Development, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based applications.
- Develop and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and data models.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL database design.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and OOP concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
