WearelookingforanexperiencedLeadAutomationEngineerwithstrongexpertiseinJava(SpringBoot)andPython,alongwithanunderstandingofapplicationsecurity,cloud-nativedevelopment,DevSecOps,andAI-drivenautomation.

Inthisrole,youwilldesign,develop,andmaintainsecure,scalable,andhigh-performancebackendsystemswhilecollaboratingwithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteams.YouwillleverageAgenticAIframeworks(suchasFactoryAIorequivalentplatforms)tobuildintelligentAIagentsthatautomatesecurityworkflows,identifyvulnerabilities,generateremediationrecommendations,andenableautomatedissueresolution.

KeyResponsibilities

- - Design,develop,andmaintainsecure,scalable,andhigh-performancebackendapplicationsusingJava(SpringBoot)andPython.
- Build,deploy,andsupportRESTfulAPIs,microservices,andcloud-nativebackendservicesfollowingmodernsoftwareengineeringbestpractices.
- CollaboratewithEngineering,DevOps/SRE,andSecurityteamstointegratesecuritycontrolsthroughouttheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC).
- DevelopAI-poweredautomationsolutionsusingFactoryAIorequivalentAgenticAIframeworks.
- DesignandimplementintelligentAIagents(droids)toautomate:
- Vulnerabilitydiscoveryandanalysis
- Securityassessments
- Remediationrecommendations
- Automatedremediationwhereapplicable
- BuildAI-drivenworkflowsforthreatmodelling,vulnerabilityanalysis,securityassessments,andcontextualsecurityrecommendationsbasedonuserprompts.
- IntegrateAIautomationintoDevSecOpspipelinestoenhancesecurityposture,operationalefficiency,anddeveloperproductivity.
- Deploy,manage,andoptimizeapplicationsoncloudplatformsusingmodernCI/CDpractices.
- Evaluate,prototype,andadoptemergingAI,cloud,automation,andsecuritytechnologiestocontinuouslyimproveengineeringcapabilities.




- Ensurebackendservicesmeetenterprisestandardsforsecurity,scalability,reliability,maintainability,andperformance.
- Participateinarchitecturereviews,technicaldesigndiscussions,codereviews,andengineeringbestpracticeinitiatives.
- Mentorjuniorengineersandprovidetechnicalleadershipwhereapplicable.
