IT Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Trainees to join our team and start their career in the IT industry.

The role includes a 3-month structured training with practical, hands on experience in IT and software development. Candidates will work on assignments and projects while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

- Participate in technical training and practical development assignments.
- Learn and work with relevant IT technologies and development tools.
- Work on real-time projects and assigned development tasks.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
- Follow development standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills.

Training & Career Opportunity
- Training Duration: 3 Months
- Full-Time Employment: From the 4th month
- Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards will be converted to Full-Time Employees (FTEs) from the 4th month.




- Full time conversion will be based on technical performance, learning progress, attendance, discipline, and overall evaluation during the training period.

Requirements
- Freshers with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming or web development is preferred.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building a career in the IT industry.
