Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers, cloud infrastructure, and IT systems.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and other DevOps tools.
- Monitor application and server performance, availability, and security.
- Perform server configuration, backups, updates, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, server, and application-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and internal teams.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, systems, and IT assets.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and system monitoring.
- Automate repetitive deployment and system administration tasks using scripting.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams for deployments and production support.
- Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure, configurations, incidents, and IT processes.
- Monitor logs and resolve production incidents within defined timelines.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, scalability, and business continuity.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps,



IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Support

- .Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- .Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- .Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- .Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- .Positive understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls, etc
- .Knowledge of server monitoring and troubleshooting
- .Experience with shell scripting or Python scripting is an advantage
- .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- .Good communication and coordination skills
- .Ability to handle multiple technical issues and priorities effectively

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansibl
