We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Technology Leader to oversee and drive Genzeon's internal technology ecosystem.

This strategic leadership role combines CIO-level responsibilities across IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, compliance, and technology support services. The leader will ensure that Genzeon's technology environment remains secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned to business growth objectives while fostering innovation through AI-driven tools, automation, and contemporary digital solutions. The role will also be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and supporting internal business applications, including development and customization of enterprise platforms such as Zoho and other business systems, as well as building technology solutions from the ground up when business needs require.

Role & responsibilities

- IT Operations & Technology Services
- Lead day-to-day IT operations with a focus on service excellence, uptime, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Oversee IT service management, helpdesk operations, incident management, asset management, and end-user support services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation across IT support and operational processes.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled productivity, service management, and workflow automation tools.
- Manage technology budgets, licensing, procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee third-party service providers and contracts management, ensuring vendor performance, service quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Enterprise Applications & Development
- Own the strategy, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications, including Zoho, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and other business systems.
- Lead application configuration, customization, integration, and enhancement initiatives to support evolving business needs.




- Oversee development of internal applications, automation solutions, workflows, and digital tools where off-the-shelf solutions do not meet organizational requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process digitization and technology-driven efficiencies.
- Establish standards and governance for application architecture, integrations, development practices, and lifecycle management.
- Infrastructure & Cloud Management
- Own and manage corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, cloud platforms, end-user computing devices, telecommunications, and collaboration technologies.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, availability, and resilience of LAN, WAN, VPN, internet connectivity, and cloud-hosted environments.
- Develop and execute infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation strategies.
- Manage disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Ensure technology architecture supports current and future business growth.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Own and strengthen the organization's security posture across infrastructure, applications, endpoints, cloud environments, and data.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Evaluate and manage risks introduced by AI tool adoption, including data privacy, access controls, and responsible AI usage.
- Lead vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness programs, and third-party risk assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure protection of company assets and sensitive information.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO, SOC,



and other industry certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead responses to customer, vendor, and partner security and compliance assessments.
- Establish governance frameworks for technology, data management, AI usage, and operational risk management.
- Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and technology trends, translating them into actionable organizational policies and practices.
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization's IT and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across infrastructure, applications, support services, and security functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, innovation opportunities, and operational effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric service delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technology services.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT environments, including cloud, networks, end-user computing, and business-critical applications.
- Experience overseeing application development, customization, integration, and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure platforms (on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud).
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled IT operations tools, intelligent automation, and responsible AI governance practices.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks and operational excellence practices.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and technology procurement experience.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning capabilities.
