Position Summary:

We are looking for a technically solid and results-driven Team Lead Systems, Network Infrastructure to own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organizations IT infrastructure across our Corporate Office, Branch, Data Centre, and 200+ retail branches. This is a senior hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise across enterprise networking, server administration, cloud services, cybersecurity, endpoint management, surveillance systems, and IT service management. You will drive infrastructure reliability, security compliance, branch rollouts, and team performance while spearheading automation and AI adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Administration:

- ;Lead enterprise Windows Server infrastructure manage AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File Print Servers, and Certificate Services.
- ;Administer VMware and Hyper-V virtualization; manage SAN/NAS, RAID, and capacity planning.
- ;Ensure HA, redundancy, and DR readiness; drive server upgrades and lifecycle management.

Enterprise Network Administration:

- ;Design and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across all sites.
- ;Configure enterprise switches, routers, wireless controllers, APs, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, and NAT.
- ;Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise network performance; coordinate ISP redundancy for branches.

FortiGate Firewall SD-WAN:

- ;Administer FortiGate firewalls at corporate and branch locations security policies, NAT, IPS, web filtering, application control, SSL inspection, and VPN.
- ;Design and manage SD-WAN architecture; configure IPsec/SSL VPN for secure remote connectivity.
- ;Manage HA clusters, firmware upgrades, security event monitoring, and Zero Trust / NAC best practices.

; Google Workspace Administration:

- ;Manage user lifecycle, OUs, groups, shared drives, and licensing.
- ;Configure Gmail security SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email routing, and anti-spam.
- ;Administer Google Vault, MFA enforcement, and security compliance across Workspace services.

; Endpoint Management:

- ;Manage MDM device compliance, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and BitLocker.




- ;Deploy OS, applications, and security baselines; maintain endpoint patch compliance and inventory.

; Cybersecurity Compliance:

- ;Implement enterprise cybersecurity controls EDR, antivirus, vulnerability management, and patch compliance.
- ;Conduct access reviews, privileged account management, and identity governance.
- ;Support security audits, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery documentation.

; CCTV Surveillance Systems:

- ;Manage CCTV infrastructure across all branches NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, and storage.
- ;Implement centralised remote monitoring; coordinate new branch CCTV installations and preventive maintenance.

; IT Service Management (ITIL):

- ;Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management processes; ensure SLA compliance.
- ;Drive RCA for critical incidents; maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and ITSM dashboards.
- ;Champion Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across the IT function.

; Branch Rollout New Store IT Projects:

- ;Plan and execute end-to-end IT setup for new branch openings from procurement to go-live.
- ;Ensure readiness of: Network, Firewall, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Printers, Biometrics, Digital Signage, and User Systems.
- ;Own project timelines, budgets, risk management, vendor coordination, and post-launch support.

; IT Asset Vendor Management:

- ;Manage full asset lifecycle procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal; maintain CMDB.
- ;Manage OEM, ISP, and service provider relationships; oversee AMCs, SLA adherence, and renewals.

; IT Budgeting Compliance:

- ;Prepare and monitor annual CAPEX and OPEX IT budgets; optimise licensing, hardware, and cloud costs.




- ;Support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

; AI IT Automation:

- ;Identify and implement automation opportunities using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and workflow tools.
- ;Automate user provisioning, asset reporting, patch deployment, compliance reporting, health monitoring, and backup verification.
- ;Evaluate and adopt AI-powered monitoring, predictive alerting, and self-healing capabilities.

; Team Leadership:

- ;Lead, mentor, and develop System, Network, and Infrastructure Engineers; conduct performance reviews.
- ;Allocate daily responsibilities; review technical implementations and documentation quality.
- ;Provide L3 technical support and major incident management; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
