- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve queries for international US clients with high efficiency.
- Maintain superior quality standards in client interaction and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and solid business comprehension.
Preferred candidate profile
- Total Experience: 4 to 8 Years
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated International Voice Process experience.
- Education: Graduate (Non IT)
- Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication skills, strong analytical comprehension, and client-handling abilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup and committed to night shifts.
