Position: International Voice Process - Customer Support
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Joining Date: 7th September 2026
Salary
- Take-home Salary: Up to 30,000/month
- Performance Incentive: Up to 6,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: Up to 6,000/month
Total Monthly Earnings: Up to 42,000 (based on eligibility)
Experience
- 6 Months to 5 Years of experience in Voice/Customer Support/BPO.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Strictly work from office
- Willingness to work in Night rotational shifts (if required).
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join on 10th August 2026 are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
