nLeo MarCom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented International Media Sales & Service Executive – Digital Advertising to join our growing team.

nIn this role, you will work with international businesses, marketing teams, advertisers, and agencies, helping them promote their brands through our B2B digital media platforms, industry websites, newsletters, and online advertising solutions.

nThis is a role for someone who can confidently manage both sales and client servicing.

nWhat You'll Do

nIdentify and develop new international clients and advertising opportunities.

nReach out to prospective clients through email, telephone, LinkedIn, and other channels.

nUnderstand client requirements and present suitable digital advertising and media solutions.

nPrepare proposals, quotations, media plans, and advertising packages.

nFollow up with prospects, negotiate, and close advertising sales.

nBuild and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

nCoordinate advertising campaigns and media services after the sale.

nCollect campaign materials, including banners, advertisements, articles, logos, and links.

nCoordinate with editorial, content, design, and media operations teams.

nEnsure advertisements, sponsored content, newsletters, interviews, and other services are delivered as agreed.

nTrack campaign schedules, approvals, publications,



and client requirements.

nHandle client queries, corrections, follow-ups, and service-related requests.

nMaintain accurate client, sales, and campaign information in the CRM.

nIdentify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and additional advertising services.

nThe Ideal Candidate

nThe right person should be comfortable wearing both a sales and service hat.

nYou should be able to:

nFind the client → Understand the requirement → Sell the right solution → Close the business → Collect campaign requirements → Coordinate delivery → Communicate with the client → Ensure successful execution → Build the relationship for repeat business.

nThis is not a role where the responsibility ends after closing a sale.

nWe are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete client lifecycle and ensure that what we sell is delivered professionally, accurately, and on time.

nWhat We're Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in international sales, media sales, advertising sales, B2B sales, client servicing, or business development.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
n
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
n
- Strong presentation, negotiation,



relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
n
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage multiple clients and advertising campaigns simultaneously.
n
- A target-oriented mindset combined with a strong customer-service approach.
n
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, online media, content marketing, or WordPress will be an added advantage.
n

nQualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
