nKey Responsibilities

nProvide technical and customer support through voice calls and/or digital chat.

nAssist customers with queries and issues related to electronic appliances, laptops, smartphones, and other electronic products.

nUnderstand customer concerns and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolutions.

nMaintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.

nEnsure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and timely support.

nFollow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.

nEligibility Criteria

nGraduate / Undergrad may apply

nFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.

nCommunication Requirement





nGood English communication skills are mandatory.

nMinimum Communication Level: B2 & Above

nSalary & Benefits

nCTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month
