Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle international voice and non-voice process activities.
- Communicate professionally with US customers/clients as required.
- Handle outbound/inbound calls and provide accurate information.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and backend processing.
- Understand and follow process guidelines and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and process updates.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Voice / Blended Process / Customer Support will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.




- Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur location.
