Role Description This is a full-time, in office Intern role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The intern will support the planning and execution of hackathons and innovation programs, including coordinating logistics, assisting with participant communication, and managing event-related documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant tech and innovation trends, creating and updating content for community channels, and helping maintain project repositories and basic documentation. The intern will also assist in engaging student builders and developer communities, collecting feedback from participants, and preparing reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.



Collaboration with cross-functional team members to streamline processes and improve the overall participant experience will be an important part of this role.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of technology, AI, or software development concepts, and interest in hackathons or innovation-focused events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear content for online platforms, emails, and documentation.
- Basic organizational and project coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, student communities, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated, curious, and open to feedback, with a demonstrated interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, or community building.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or program in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines) is preferred.
