Role Summary We are seeking a results-driven Executive Engagement Specialist to own our 1:1 outreach to senior technology leaders. In this role, you will connect directly with CIOs, CISOs, and tech decision-makers to build rapport, schedule high-profile interviews, and drive our executive thought-leadership initiatives. You will act as the primary bridge between top CXOs and our media platform, ensuring seamless communication and precise tracker management.

Key Responsibilities

- CXO Outreach: Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, and tech leaders to secure 1:1 interactions and interview alignments.
- Relationship Building: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong ongoing connections across the executive tech community.
- Target Management: Consistently meet and exceed weekly meeting scheduling and outreach targets.
- Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintain detailed follow-up and call-back trackers to ensure zero dropped leads and timely communication.

- Stakeholder Management: Outstanding interpersonal and follow-up abilities to build quick credibility with C-suite leaders.
- Execution & Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking complete ownership of deadlines.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a rapid-paced, high-velocity environment with shifting priorities.
- Relevant Experience:



Background in executive engagement, event management, media outreach, community building, or strategic partnerships is strongly preferred.
