About YDS

YDS (Your Dream Space) is a premium interior design and execution company specializing in residential spaces, with a strong focus on washrooms, kitchens, and complete home interiors. We are looking for a Project Engineer who can independently manage on-site execution, coordinate MEP activities, and handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of interior and renovation projects at site.
- Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP works.
- Supervise plumbers, electricians, tilers, carpenters, vendors, and other site teams.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution/quality issues.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site progress, requirements, and execution-related concerns.
- Take site measurements and prepare/verify basic quantity requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and ensure timely availability.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Prepare regular project updates, site reports, and escalation reports.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, procurement, and operations teams.
- Resolve site-level execution issues with minimum supervision.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects to the client.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior execution, renovation, construction, or related projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil and MEP works, especially plumbing and electrical coordination.
- Experience in residential interiors / renovation projects will be preferred.
- Good client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site teams and vendors.
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements, BOQs, and construction practices.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is execution-focused, technically strong, disciplined, and comfortable dealing directly with clients. The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of a project from site preparation through execution and final handover.
