About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer with 2 to 4 years of skilled experience to join our dynamic team at Noir Designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client ideas into compelling interior concepts, developing detailed space plans, and producing construction and design documentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate closely with clients and vendors, and contribute to the entire design process from conceptualization to execution.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design software. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, designed for a creative professional eager to grow and make an impact in the interior design industry.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; familiarity with other design tools is a plus
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and aesthetics




- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with space planning, interior architecture, and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) selection

Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive space plans and interior architecture drawings that align with client requirements and project goals
- Create detailed construction drawings and documentation for execution
- Design interior concepts, including selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E;
- Participate actively in client meetings to understand their vision and provide expert guidance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist in site visits and oversee project progress to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into project designs
