Role Overview /n As an Interior Design Lead, you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers

/n

- Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover

/n

- Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals

/n

- Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines

/n

- Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations

/n

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery

/n

- Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design

/n

- Proven experience in team handling and project management

/n

- Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)

/n

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
