Site Interior Designer (Residential SRA Projects)

Reports To: Project Head / MD

Location -Mumbai

- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD software for interior design projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Provide technical support during the building construction process.
- Ensure all in office executions accurately match approved 2D/3D design layouts, material specifications, and quality standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, or other design and project tracking software. Understanding of structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) services is highly desired.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in site execution, with specific exposure to affordable housing, mass residential, or SRA projects.
