What We're Looking For

✔️ 5-8 years of hands-on Instructional Design experience

✔️ Proven experience designing L3/L4 interactivity , branching scenarios, and simulations

✔️ Strong grip on curriculum design and instructional strategy , not just execution

✔️ Comfortable in client-facing conversations — consulting, not just delivering

✔️ Experience working across eLearning, corporate, or higher-ed domains
