Company: Amasia Solar Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | General Day Shift Experience: 2–8 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month About the Role Amasia Solar is looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to strengthen our internal sales and operations team at our Uppal office. The role will coordinate between prospective B2B customers, field sales managers across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, digital marketing teams, accounts, warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth lead management, sales follow-up and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Lead Qualification - Make outbound calls to solar EPC contractors, electrical dealers, stockists, builders and commercial project owners.

- Introduce Amasia Solar's product portfolio and identify qualified business opportunities.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects and existing customers. Appointment & Field Sales Coordination - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for territory sales managers.
- Coordinate field-sales schedules and appointments across assigned districts.
- Ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over to the relevant sales team. Quotations & Commercial Follow-up - Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and proforma invoices using Excel.
- Track pending quotations and follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain updated records of enquiries, quotations and order status.

Digital Marketing

Coordination - Coordinate with the digital marketing team/agency regarding incoming leads.

- Track lead quality, lead status and follow-up progress.
- Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of marketing-generated enquiries.
- Help minimize lead leakage through proper tracking and reporting. Order & Dispatch Coordination - Coordinate with accounts to confirm payment clearance.
- Liaise with warehouse teams regarding stock availability.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely material dispatch.




- Track order and dispatch status until successful delivery. Reporting & Data Management - Maintain daily Excel / Google Sheets trackers for calls, leads, appointments, quotations, orders and dispatches.
- Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer and sales data.

Candidate

Requirements - Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline such as B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, MBA or equivalent.

- 2–8 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, sales coordination, customer relationship management or similar roles.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, along with pivot tables and reporting templates.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Valuable written communication skills for emails, quotations, proposals and WhatsApp Business communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, organization and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented B2B sales environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Uppal office on a daily basis.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on relevant experience and skills.
