- Make outbound and follow-up calls to customers.
- Communicate professionally with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Maintain daily sales reports and work updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
