Sakar Engineers is looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team.

? Position Inside Sales Assistant

? LocationMumbai, Maharashtra

? Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming customer enquiries and RFQs

- Maintain customer & enquiry database
- Prepare and coordinate quotations
- Follow up with customers for quotation status and requirements
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Accounts & Service teams
- Maintain daily follow-up and enquiry status reports
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments
- Send quotations, catalogues, drawings and other documents
- Maintain proper records of customer communication
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports
- Track pending enquiries, quotations and follow-ups
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination and documentation

? Key Skills Required• Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Good email drafting and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good customer handling skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Experience with CRM will be an advantage

? Candidate Profile• Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Sales Support
- Experience in the B2B/Industrial/Engineering industry will be preferred
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
