Role Description

Ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure across offices, plants, and field locations. Lead network architecture design, infrastructure monitoring, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise Microsoft 365 suite administration, and asset management. Manage vendors to deliver a secure, scalable, and resilient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure Operations: Design, deploy, and maintain robust multi-site network topologies encompassing enterprise LAN/WAN, secure VPNs, and next-generation firewalls across offices, plants, and field locations.

- Ensure continuous monitoring and upkeep of cloud environments, physical data centres, and hybrid server infrastructures to guarantee 99.9% uptime.

- Execute systematic patch management, operating system upgrades, and capacity planning to ensure system stability and performance efficiency.

- Security Governance: Implement and enforce a comprehensive information security strategy mapped to global cybersecurity frameworks.

- Oversee identity security architectures by enforcing strict Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and conditional access rules.

- Coordinate regular vulnerability assessments, internal system evaluations, and technical documentation gathering to maintain continuous compliance readiness for external IT audits.

- Enterprise Microsoft 365 Administration & Governance: Manage the enterprise M365 tenant workplace, including user account management, administrative roles, and universal configuration baselines.





- Configure native security protocols inside Microsoft Entra ID and Purview to prevent data loss, block phishing attempts, and govern data retention.

- Audit platform utilization trends to allocate licenses cost-effectively while driving secure adoption of core collaboration tools including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.

- Asset Management: Maintain an accurate, centralized repository of all hardware and software assets across all corporate and remote plant operations.

- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to enforce unified security baselines, remote data wipes, and application restrictions across endpoints.

- Manage the procurement, technical onboarding, hardware rotation, and secure decommissioning phases of the enterprise technology lifecycle.

- Vendor Management: Partner with procurement teams to lead contract negotiations, pricing models, and service renewals with hardware, software, and cloud providers.

- Monitor and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), internet providers, and third-party IT support entities.

- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop, update, and own comprehensive business continuity plans (BCP) and IT disaster recovery (DR)



protocols tailored for multi-site physical operations.

- Design and execute DR drills to validate recovery point objectives (RPOs) and recovery time objectives (RTOs), and incident workflows to ensure quick failovers and data restoration during critical outages.

- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex network, security, and infrastructure risks into transparent, impact-driven reports, and collaborate with stakeholders so planned upgrades cause minimal disruption.

- Act as the internal trusted advisor for infrastructure & cybersecurity investments, matching business expansion targets with scalable infrastructure roadmaps.

Job Requirements

- B.Tech / B.Engg. or any other Bachelors degree

- 1015 years of experience in IT infrastructure management & cybersecurity in a Tier-1 IT/software company or a multi-location manufacturing company.

- Designed and optimized multi-site network architectures, including LAN/WAN, secure VPNs, and next-generation firewalls.

- Oversaw resilient IT infrastructure lifecycle management across on-premises servers, cloud environments, and diverse endpoints.

- Implemented robust cybersecurity frameworks, leveraging MDM, SSO, and MFA to enforce zero-trust access control.

- Led incident management response, orchestrated DR/BCP simulations, and ensured successful completion of IT compliance audits.

Competencies: Network architecture (physical hardware & software-defined), cybersecurity, cloud & physical infrastructure, asset management, and enterprise Microsoft 365 suite.
