Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Technologist - Java Full Stack to design, build, and scale next-generation digital platforms. This role requires a hands-on technologist with strong experience across backend, frontend, and cloud ecosystems, along with the ability to drive innovation using modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices.

You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and delivering high-impact engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications using Java-based backend and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build scalable, resilient, and cloud-native architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based systems and RESTful APIs.
- Lead solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Ensure high-quality code standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Work in Agile teams to deliver high-performance, customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Architecture.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation).
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical anchor for the team.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and GenAI practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:

- Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
- Experience in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA.

Frontend:

- Proficiency in Angular / React / modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3,



JavaScript/TypeScript.

Cloud &

- DevOps:
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.
- Exposure to services like API Gateway, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Serverless.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, DevOps practices.

Data &

- Messaging:
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Messaging tools like Kafka / RabbitMQ.

Architecture &

- Engineering:
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system design.
- Experience in event-driven architectures and high-availability systems.

Valuable to Have:

- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, LLM-based workflows).
- Experience in agent-based architectures / AI-enabled applications.
- Knowledge of cloud security and performance optimization.

Experience &

- Qualifications:
- 8 - 14 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
