IT Technical Recruiter - Junior Level (Remote – India | Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position based in India supporting our USA operations and North American clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting IT professionals for the USA market, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify, screen, and engage highly qualified technology talent.

Important Requirement:

This position requires working according to USA Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) business hours to effectively collaborate with our New Jersey-based team, Account Managers, and clients.

Position Overview The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification, submission, and relationship management.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Recruiting Leadership and Account Management teams to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.




- Recruit technical candidates for USA-based client requirements across various technologies and skill sets.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, location, work authorization, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct detailed recruiter screening calls and assess candidate suitability before submission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting Leadership to understand open requirements and provide qualified candidate submissions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and pipeline information.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and in-demand IT skill sets.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter supporting USA-based clients .

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill requirements.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience recruiting professionals in areas such as:

- Software Development
- Cloud Technologies
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning




- ERP / CRM Applications
- Infrastructure & Security
- Business Analysis and QA
- Project Managers
- Robotics

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, team members, and clients.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with USA IT staffing companies.
- Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and client submission processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients and fast-paced recruitment environments.

Working Days/Hours: Monday To Friday. Must be available during USA Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) business hours. 8:30 Am To 5:00 PM EST

Important Note: This is a Junior IT Technical Recruiter position requiring 2–3 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience .

Candidates with significantly more experience or those currently at Senior Recruiter, Lead, Supervisor, Manager, HR Head, Director, or similar senior levels may be overqualified and may not be a suitable fit.
