Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a range of technical roles.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft job postings, and manage pipelines through applicant tracking tools. Daily activities include proactive talent sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process, and providing timely feedback. The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure an inclusive,



positive candidate experience aligned with Kallque’s values.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for software development and related technical roles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, skilled networks, and referral programs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR documentation processes.
- Ability to assess technical role requirements and match candidate skills to business needs in development and outsourcing environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Commitment to equitable, non-discriminatory hiring practices and creating an inclusive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in the technology or outsourcing industry, especially in high-growth environments, is an advantage.
