Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technology professionals for our US-based clients. You must have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing landscape, various visa types, and the ability to work effectively during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
- Sourcing: Utilize major US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter) and Boolean search strings to find passive and active candidates.
- Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical assessments to ensure candidates possess the required skills (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Tax Term Expertise: Handle various tax terms including C2C (Corp-to-Corp), W2, and 1099 .
- Visa Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of US work authorizations, including H1B, L1, TN, GC-EAD, USC, and OPT/CPT .
- Candidate Management:



Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and build long-term relationships for future requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates and salary packages to ensure a win-win for both the candidate and the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and provide high-quality submissions within tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically in US IT Recruitment .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (essential for interacting with US-based candidates).
- Time Management: Ability to work the EST shift consistently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva.
- Technical Literacy: A solid grasp of IT terminology and emerging technology trends.
