We're hiring: Influencer Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Hyderabad) ?

TalentWala is a pan-India talent and brand solutions agency working across influencer marketing, talent management, events, PR, and digital growth. We connect brands with the right creators and the right narrative — and we need someone who can execute both ends of that.

What you'll own:

✅ Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — identification, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and delivery tracking

✅ Own the brand's/client's social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

✅ Draft campaign briefs, coordinate deliverables, and manage creator relationships from first contact through collaboration close

✅ Track and report campaign performance — reach, engagement, conversions — and turn insights into next-campaign improvements

✅ Coordinate with design and content teams to get creative assigned, reviewed, and published on time

✅ Research influencer marketing and platform trends to keep pitches and content fresh

✅ Maintain and grow the influencer/creator database and collaboration tracker

✅ Support broader marketing campaigns from ideation through execution

What we're looking for:

? 1–3 years hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing





? Proven experience managing influencer outreach and negotiations — you've actually closed collaborations, not just researched them

? Working knowledge of Instagram/LinkedIn content mechanics — what drives reach and engagement, not just what looks nice

? Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable pitching to creators and brands alike

? Comfortable with spreadsheets/trackers and basic performance reporting (KPIs, engagement, reach)

? Organized enough to run multiple campaigns and outreach threads simultaneously without dropping a thread

? Bonus: familiarity with Canva or scheduling tools, and a point of view on what makes a creator collab feel authentic vs. forced
