- Bachelor s degree in HR, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master s degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, HR, or Government Liaisoning, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicable Indian labour and employment laws.
