About the Role The role will focus on supporting the migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), implementing web and app analytics solutions, enhancing data collection and reporting practices, and driving debugging and validation activities. The position will also contribute to incremental project initiatives by providing solid technical expertise and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities • Leverage strong analytics implementation experience across the full lifecycle and digital platforms (web, responsive, and native apps) using Adobe Analytics and Web SDK/Mobile SDK.

- Design AEP schemas and create/configure datastreams and datasets to enable efficient data collection and activation.
- Create, manage, and maintain Adobe Analytics JavaScript tags and plugins; troubleshoot scripting issues using browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
- Design, develop, and implement technical tagging requirements for web, mobile, and app platforms, including creating Solution Design Requirements (SDRs) and translating them into executable script code.
- Enhance and define requirements for digital data layers (e.g., event-based data layers like ACDL) within tag management solutions such as Adobe Data Collection • Write and implement custom scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, or other relevant coding languages within web environments and tag management tools to support custom tracking needs.
- Perform code modifications, testing, and deployment as required.
- Lead initiatives focused on analytics implementation, customization, and automation of data collection processes.
- Develop cohesive measurement strategies and plans to ensure data collection aligns with client priorities.
- Utilize Adobe Workspace, reporting tools, and the admin console effectively.

Required Skills &





Qualifications Technical Skills – Must have • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) And Adobe Analytics implementations for both Web & Mobile • Proficiency in Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for implementing and customizing tracking solutions.

- Advanced knowledge in SQL and advanced data querying techniques.

Technical Skills – Good to have • Experience with Adobe Server-Side Tagging and Event Forwarding • Working knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) tagging and implementation Soft Skills • Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

- Stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and guide junior members • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience in implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and ecosystem integration.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation, with strong expertise in tag management and client-side data collection.
- Demonstrated ability in debugging, troubleshooting, and validating analytics implementations across digital platforms.
- Experience in client-facing / consulting roles.

Education & Experience • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science • 3 – 5 years of hands-on implementation experience using Adobe Launch
