- Assisting in screening the candidates and ensuring that the skills are matching the requirements.




- Scheduled interviews by aligning candidate and interviewer availability and followed up on interview feedback and ensured smooth communication throughout the process.
- Regularly interaction with hiring managers to understand job requirements and shared candidate updates and helped align hiring expectations.
- Maintaining qualified communication with candidates via email and calls and managing follow-ups, and contributed to a positive candidate experience.
- Maintaining in detail candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards and documented the recruitment lifecycle for process transparency and future reference.
- Assisting in pre-boarding formalities and ensured seamless joining for selected candidates.
