Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Thoughtcom is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The role is a single-person function responsibility that involves strong ownership and governance across key parameters of human resource management. Upon appointment you will be reporting to the key company stakeholders. A detailed role description is given below.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout and onboarding.
- Conduct reference checks for new hires.
- Build strong pipelines for creative and client services talent.
- Partner with leadership to define role requirements and competencies.

Facilitating Talent Journey

- Curate pre-joining experiences to ensure smooth transitions.
- Design and implement onboarding and induction programs.
- Enhance employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.




- Manage exit formalities with professionalism and empathy.

Employee Engagement

- Develop initiatives to foster collaboration, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.

Performance Management

- Implement appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking progress effectively.

Policy & Compliance

- Develop HR policies in line with labour laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Learning & Development

- Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training sessions.
- Facilitate leadership communication workshops and professional growth initiatives.

HR Operations

- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy.
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree/diploma in HR as a specialization
- Work experience of at least 3-5 years in an Advertising, BTL or Digital Marketing agency is a must

Work Type

Full-time employment. 100% work from office role.

Compensation

INR 7,20,000 to 9,60,000 per annum
